I think it has to be in the CD playing device that has the lowest letter. Eg if you have a DVD drive E: and a CD player drive F: the CD has to be in drive I'd also make sure that your CDROM drive is clean as well. Finally, it could be possible that you have a corrupt (or non-transferrable) driver on your disk.
